About NextDose

04-05-May-2026: Apologies for Major NextDose Results Failure. -A premature fix for the bug finally fixed 5-May-2026 introduced a major bug that caused all attempts to calculate NextDose Results to fail with an FSTREAM error. Thanks to all NextDose users who reported the problem which helped me find and fix this bug. My apologies to all NextDose users for causing this problem by not adequately testing the changes I had made on 4-May-2026. I have tested the fix. Please let me know if you notice any other unusual NextDose behaviour. Nick Holford.

05-May-2026: NextDose Version Change to 2.5.02
- Bug fix: Uncommon combination of covariates used to calculate fat free mass caused a numerical error in some special cases. This bug has now been fixed.

25-Jan-2026: NextDose Version Change to 2.5.01
- Prediction of CssTrough dose now uses observations known at the time of the last dependent variable observation (i.e. drug concentration or drug effect) rather than the time of the last observation of any type. This means the same set of PKPD parameters are used for all target types.

15-Jan-2026: NextDose Version Change to 2.5.00:
- Feature: Busulfan model can estimate lagtime due to infusion deadspace volume, oral absorption lagtime and bioavailability parameters improved.
- Bug fix for covariate effects on oral bioavailability (dabigatran).
- Bug fix for target report in Results when Csstrough is requested.

21-Oct-2025: NextDose Version Change to 2.4.14
- Daily data records tracking change in post-menstrual age and post-natal age.

18-Oct-2025: NextDose Version Change to 2.4.13
- Additional events tracking change in post-menstrual age and post-natal age. br>
