NextDose Bayesian forecasting dose calculator

A free web-based dose calculator using concentration guided dosing with Bayesian forecasting and the target concentration intervention approach
for busulfan, methotrexate, tacrolimus, warfarin, linezolid, voriconazole, gentamicin, tobramycin, amikacin, vancomycin, caffeine, mycophenolate, hydroxychloroquine, dabigatran, posaconazole, gancyclovir/valgancyclovir, clozapine and enoxaparin.

22-Oct-2026: NextDose Outage
-NextDose Access: A serious bug in the PHP system used with NextDose required immediate attention. The PHP system is used by the majority of web servers in the world. NextDose was taken off line at 2:55 am NZDT to install a PHP patch and restored at 4:48 pm NZDT. Thanks to Greg Trounson (University of Otago IT) for his quick work in protecting NextDose data.

26-Jul-2026: NextDose Version Change to 2.6.02
-Bug fix: A problem for some web browsers to show Time in the NextDose Doses and Observations tab has been fixed.

NextDose Updates

Anyone may sign up for single user access. Access to share patient data within a secure group can be applied for here.

Note that patient data stored on dev.nextdose.org is not transferable to www.nextdose.org. The dev.nextdose.org web is under active development and may change without notice as features are tested and bugs fixed.
